Been to look at a SR3 advance, looks OK for a ex rental only thing is the eye cup with heater switch is loose and spins round (don't know if this can be tightend) and it has a little square ivs that's only black and white. What do you guts think. Comes with 3 timcode mags too

Luckily I get 50% discount on stock and a student discount on processing\telesync so that's a decent slice of the cost. I'm aware shooting film is not as cost effective as digital, I'm experimeting with film for personal projects and to learn. Thanks for the replys guys

Hello, Im trying to find somewhere to rent a super 16 (SR2/SR3/XTR) camera and lens for a experimental film module at film school (1-2 days). i'm based in leeds and the only places I can see are in London which is too far for me to travel. Anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
