Cooper Flannigan

I'm shooting 35 in New Orleans this Spring and hoping to find a lab in state in order to qualify for tax credits. I know Kodak and Fotokem don't have anything, but are there any smaller labs I'm not finding? Right now, Kodak Atlanta is looking like my best bet, but again, I'd love to stay in state for incentives. Thanks for the help, everybody! Been using this site as a resource for years and learned a ton.
