I have a R/S cable (RS-01-CN) for the Nucleus M that is intended to plug right into the C300 to power the Nucleus' motor. I am plugging it into the handgrip jack, and the camera is running on DC power, and yet the motor will not power up. Barring the cable being nonfunctioning, is there something here I am missing? A menu setting perhaps? Appreciate any advice.
