Hey guys, Sorry if this is a dumb question but I don’t know where else to look. I recently bought a super cheap refurbished Alexa Plus 4:3 to go with my 24mm prime lens. Every time I look into the viewfinder all I get are vertical color stripes. I cannot, no matter what I do, get a view of the actual scene before me in my viewfinder. Just those stripes. Is this normal? Is there a way to get out of this? Is there somewhere with detailed manuals on this stuff? Thanks and please help me!

I recently bought a super cheap Alexa Plus 4:3 from the CPO program. I have a cheap 24mm PL mount lens and for some reason cannot see any footage out of the viewfinder. When I look in, all I get are vertical color stripes. I can’t seem to change this. Did I get a defective camera from CPO or am I simply missing an obvious solution?
