  1. Ok I'm back. Wedding is the can. It went very well. I guess I expected it to be a lot more complicated than it actually was.
  2. Any tips as far as camera settings. I'm used to doing short films where we put everything in manual, light up the shot, tweak settings etc. For the wedding, where I have no control over the action, should I just go all auto and worry about frame composition? Most of it will be handheld from what I hear.
  3. Thanks! This is all very helpful stuff. Much appreciated.
  4. Does anyone have any practical tips, experiences, or stories of shooting video for a wedding. I've shot short films in school, but this will be my first time out in the field, working with another camera operator for this kind of thing. I'm just looking for any information I can on this so I know what to expect. I'm planning on bringing 2 or more 6 hour batteries. They are supplying the tapes. What makes a good wedding video?
