Hey there. First time posting here, in desperation mode before I have to send this out. The sprocket piece (with the actual teeth) doesn't seem to be advancing when I hold down the shutter release. The actual center of said piece (the little screw piece in the middle), seems to rotate, but the surrounding black plastic does not. Apologies if I'm using totally off terminology here. Looking for some help! Thanks zach
