Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place for this. I have a light leak problem on my XTR prod, it's a strong red flashing cast that comes across the image fairly sporadically, I have attached an example video: I thought it might be the viewfinder glow somehow leaking through the gate, however I thought when I was filming this the glow was off, but I can't be 100% sure. I have found two other posts from the forum about this kind of problem: But I'd like to post about my specific problem with examples here to see if anyone might know definitively what causes it. I am based in the UK and I am going to get the camera serviced and hopefully fixed, but in order to chase down this particular problem I thought I would ask here and see if anyone else has had this problem and what solutions they found please? I'm thinking one of my Arri 2c magazines has a leak since some footage has come back throbbing. Is there a method for testing this? Like closing a little light inside it and see if you can detect any light coming through in a dark room? Thanks!
