Basically what the title says. I know this might be a dumb question as I could probably look up projects that used those lenses with other lenses but I want some words with thoughts with context as to the rationale behind lens choice, so let me what you'd pick.

Hi Guys, Just looking to confirm some Sony F5 sensor size and lens crop factor. Sony F5 = Super 35mm sensor Super 35mm Crop Factor 1.5 So an 18mm lens on an F5 or any Super 35mm equivalent sensor is more like a 12mm lens? As 18 / 1.5 = 12 Is this correct? Thanks Steve

FS Set of 6 Pristine Zeiss Standard Speeds, being serviced as I type this at Abel L.A., well only 2 since most of them were serviced at the time of purchase by Duclos, but will come with a letter from an Abel tech stating how great shape they are on. 16,28,32,50,85 and 100mm all T2.1 and 80 mm front diameter, they will come in an ATA case. $29.5k I doubt you will find a set in better shape. The 28 is the last one I got and it has never been mounted on a camera that is why is being serviced, it needed to be re lubed. In Burbank if you want to check them in person. Send me your email to send you pictures, it is ridiculous how limiting this website is in terms of file sizes

So 65mm has an aspect ratio of 2.20:1, but does it give you a wider horizontal FOV like the anamorphic process does? That is, if I were to slap an 80mm lens on a 65mm camera and a 32mm lens on S35(cropped to 2.20:1) would it give me the same image in terms of spatial compression and horizontal FOV? Or would I have to shoot on a 50mm Anamorphic lens and crop the sides? This is all hypothetical of course-I'm just trying to get a grasp on the 65mm format so I can further appreciate the films that utilized the process.
