Premium Member David Mullen ASC Posted November 13, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted November 13, 2007 They are well-built, low-flare, low-distortion modern lenses but less contrasty, less snappy, than Zeiss lenses. Some people feel that this makes them more natural, less clinical, and more flattering for faces. "Rounder" is one word that comes to mind.
