Follow focus with hard stops for cheap!

I'm looking into getting a cheap (under 200$ US) follow focus, preferably with hard stops. I found one, but ive heard the port for the whips and cranks isnt a standard size.

 

has anyone used this?

If not, is there a follow focus that you can recommend? hows the Fotga? I know it doesn't have hard stops, but the marker can rotate (right?) and it has a raised plate.
