NPR Motor Servicing

Does anyone have any knowledge regarding servicing their NPR motors? I've got a Perfectone Compact and Cirpi motor that aren't functioning properly.

The Perfectone Compact motor will spin but isn't operating at sync speeds, so the alarm light is always on. If I put in it variable speed the motor will struggle to run the camera below 20fps.

The Cirpi motor is more problematic and doesn't spin no matter what. The only sign of life I get from it is the clapper light turning on.
