Leo Anthony Vale
I recall that many of the Russian large format productions actually used a 70mm wide film in the camera, not 65mm. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063794/technical ---It's identical to 70mm print film, so it has 65mm perfs. I would imagine that the starcam at SlowMotion has been converted to 65mm. ---LV

Print film is long pitch KS-1870. I recall they did not use BH perfs on the 70mm camera stock.
Mitch Gross
What mount does the Starcam have? PL or some sort of Russian mount? No clue. I'm sure it originally had the OCT-19 or perhaps something special the Sovs cooked up for 70mm, but I've never seen it in front of me. I guess someone could call Anatoly at Slow-Motion if they were really curious. I just wonder how many times it has ever been rented out.
