I purchased a 12-120mm type A 12-120mm zoom and this was attached with two screws to the c-mount adapter. The rear has a concave shape like its made to fit over something... I've just never seen one of these before but when I place the adapter on the turret so the finder is in position directly straight down the side, it lines up perfectly over the upper left turret port - not deep enough but maybe a missing item would be a plug for that turret spot.
