Guest stickfigure
wanting to know the differences in the MarkI and MarkII Super Speed Primes. The set I have has feet that wraps half way around and meters wrap the other half. They all are t1.3. I think they are MarkII but not shure what to look for. troy

Mitch Gross
The Mark 1 lenses only opened up to T1.4. If you stopped them down past T5.6 or so you could see an noticeable drop off in sharpness that was obvious through the viewfinder.

The Superspeeds I have for my Ultracam are I think Mark 1 glass (1980) with 18 iris blades except the 18mm that has 6 blades. Stephen
