Guest matthew david burton
Just started an interesting new project last weekend. HDV FX1 was pretty dam light and needed a good 2k's to make it behave. The films called Residue and looks very promising for a no budget venture. Had a funny day shooting in the snow with wind a plenty, to top it off a naked student streaked the location to everybody's amusement. Check out the link above, let me know what you think. Premium Member Michael Nash Posted April 7, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted April 7, 2006 Looks nice. The slightly "floaty" steadicam creates an appropriately uneasy feel. Is that the camera's own lens, or did are you using any sort of adapter? Also, how much of the color correction seen in the trailers was done in camera, vs. post?
