On the K-3 what is the shutter angle?

What is the shutter angle on the K-3 camera. One web site tells me to set the camera at 1/125 when shooting at 24 fps, is this right?

1/20 @ 8fps

1/30 @ 12

1/40 @ 16

1/60 @ 24

1/80 @ 32

1/120 @ 48
