Kyle Polensky
i have found a guy who can sell me his used DVX-100 for cheap, but my only worry is whether or not this model is obsolete. should i wait until an A or B comes along, or should i jump for the original? Premium Member David Mullen ASC Posted July 11, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted July 11, 2006 The original version disables the gain and auto-focus features when shooting progressive-scan mode (24P, 30P) and doesn't have a 16x9 squeeze mode, just a letterbox mode. Personally, I think there are things on the A or B models you will probably want. Preferably, get a 100B. The LCD on it is MUCH preferable to the others.
