sony dsr 450 open forum

im about to shot a short movie using sonys dsr 450' i have a lot of expriance with it but i want to open a discosuon about it.

 

what kind of camera setting do you recomend to achive a filmlike look using it. i want it to look as much bluewesh look in day scenes.

A way to get the blueiest blue out of the camera...if the camera is set to 3200 degrees tug setting....do a white balance as normal....and turn the LB knob to 5600 degrees and that should be the cheapest way to get the blue without a 80A filter...

My $0.02 . . . White balance normally: 5600K filter in daylight, 3200K filter in tungsten. I would highly recommend that you perform all of your color correction in POST--keep your camera masters as pristine as possible!
