I have a maximum of 600 EURO (about 770 USD) to spend on this. The conditions are as follows: - the rolls must be telecined to PAL-format - conversion from NTSC to PAL is NOT acceptable. - how good a telecine is it possible to get for not more than 600 euro? - anyone have a place to recommend?
