Guest Alfred
I 've read DVD reviews where the colors in the video transfer are described has having a "pure white base". I would like to hear from colorists if there is any other kind?
Guest Alfred
Is there something wrong with my question?
Premium Member David Cox Posted September 13, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted September 13, 2006 :-) Nothing wrong with your question. I think others like me have never heard of this term so nothing to add. I suspect its just a bit of spin or an artistic interpretation rather than any clues to the technicalities. David Cox Baraka Post Production My guess of what a PWB means is an image without lowered contrast levels and tint filters that alter the overall vividness of basic shades. God I really do sound like someone who doesn't know what they're talking about.
