Guest lawsongb
I have an R16 and the tripod I bought has a Digital Camera screw thread size. Does anyone know the R16 screw thread size for mounting on a tripod off the top of their head? Also, if someone could steer me in the right direction to buy one of this things it would also be helpful. Oh yeah, heres the tripod: 130015130244(ebay number)
Daniel Stigler
The standard tie down skrew has a 3/8 thread and is 16mm long. I'm not 100% sure, but i don't think the R16 makes an exception.

Mike Rizos
The Beaulieu R16 grip has both threads. If you don't have the grip you can still mount the camera via the 3/8" thread used for attaching the grip.
