ECN2 Processing from a SLR Camera

Hello All,

 

There used to be a lab here in Los Angeles called RGB that was located on Highland. They've since gone under. Does anyone know of a lab that will process MP film bulk loaded from 36 exposure canisters? Also I was wondering if anyone who had done this type of testing found either 1/30 or 1/60 to be closer to replicating 24 fps shutter.
