Wai Choy
Hi, I'm about to get a D5 HD transfer of my 16mm film. I can't handle uncompressed HD on my computer, and want to test if DVCPRO HD will work on my computer. I'm using a PC and editing with Avid Xpress Pro HD 5.5.3. I usually edit with Premiere Pro 2.0 so I'm inexperienced with Avid. Can someone please provide me with some links to DVCPRO HD 720p60 video files? The lab i'm going to is capturing with Final Cut Pro HD, so the DVCPRO HD files will be in .mov format. I assure you I will only be using this footage for test purposes and will not use it in any other way. Thank you so much in advance. -Wai
Mark Allen
I don't have this handy - but if yo uhave quicktime pro - you should be able to convert anything you have on your drive to this format for testing.

Premium Member Michael McIntyre Posted October 24, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted October 24, 2006 I realize this thread's a bit dated given your urgency. If you need more, always check out http://www.dvxuser.com. There's a screen grab and footage section with tons. Hope that helps (though maybe a little late)......
