Do you mean the raster lines or the roll bar? The raster lines are inherent to a standard def CRT monitor, and by the very definition of standard definition, there are less of them than HD has... An LCD monitor doesn't have raster lines. Nor does it have a roll bar problem. If you're talking about the roll bar from shooting an NTSC CRT monitor with a 24P HD camera, then adjust the Clear Scan (ECS) shutter to get rid of it (probably 59.94 Hz).
