Jonathan Bowerbank Posted July 14, 2007 Share Posted July 14, 2007 So I'm attempting to capture some footage I shot over the past couple weeks, and I borrowed a Sony miniDV camera to do so. For some reason, NONE of the Apple programs are able to detect it. I made sure it wasn't a hardware issue by hooking up my Digital8 camera, and it worked perfectly fine. Besides a possibly faulty firewire port on the camera, does anyone know if this camera has compatibility issues with certain operating systems? After a quick search in Apple discussions and elsewhere, it seems to be a semi-common issue. But there aren't any clear answers as to what the problem is. Thanks in advance!
