Theoretically, this is can be possible.

I don't have a information about conversion of 16OPF-1-2M lens on Arri PL, but, i know about conversion on Arri PL 16 OPF-12-1M 10-100 mm zoom lens with similar lens mount.

I can give you more detailed information on answer at private letter.

Thanks for getting in touch guys, I'm getting the lens converted by Rafcamera to PL, so am looking forward to recieving and testing it. Do any of you know it can cover super 16 or can it only provide partial coverage?
