Morgan Peline
I just watched Saw at the cinema. Some of it looked good but some of it looked very pedestrian; without any finesse like the night interiors e.g. at the main character's house. I couldn't put my finger on it but it looked very middle of the road - not bad yet not good. Any thoughts? warzabidul
There's an interesting twist at the end but watch it and see what you think. It's not the best of the films I've seen recently
Joshjumps
On Saw we had a whopping 18 days of shooting with no pickups. On top of that the producers pulled the plug at 12 hours except for one day I think. I'm amazed that David Armstrong was able to get a stylized look in those constraints. I'm looking forward to what saw 2 will look like with (hopefully) a larger budget.
