Allan George
Hey there, I have a short film comming up and I have 3 characters. LAURA FRED JASON Laura is getting stalked. We are trying to make the audience think that its Fred stalking her but it is actually Jason. And what I was thinking was to frame Laura on the left throughout the film and put Fred on the left as well with Jason on the right. Attempting to put the heroes on the left and villians on the right. Is this a good idea? Also manipulate the lighting as well and focus on Jason and put less light on him through the film untill the reveal. Can anyone tell me if I am going the right way or not? and/or give me extra ideas how to character develop them better? Cheers
Ira Ratner
Is Fred there to protect her from Jason?
Allan George
yes he is? Do you have a good idea on how I can portray character development throught the camera?
Steve McBride
Going off what Ira asked, if Fred is protecting Laura, when all three of them are in shots together have Fred placed inbetween Laura to show that he is between the two (obviously) and there to stop Jason from getting to Laura.
