Kirk Anderson
I had some friends who wanted me to video tape their band playing at the house of blues. I insisted on filming the whole thing in super8 instead of holding a lame-o video camera. I grabbed my easy discreet chinon so no one would get weird. I took what I got out of the whole concert and attempted to sync it to one of their songs. So, lots of it doesn't match, but i tried. Specs: Chinon 132 Pxl camera 18 fps Auto Exposure only 1 roll Tri-x, 1 Roll Plus-x I then had it processed at flim/video services in MN. Projected on the wall with Chinon Projector Shot the wall with HDD JVC Crappy video Camera Edited in FCP. On export I got some glitches, but it took so long and the band had a deadline. I hope to get a cleaner edit with out glitches soon. definitely rough, I know, but fun non the less! Youtube sucks, but it quick to load: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUSa-CLXzdw larger better definition on my website: www.iamkirk.com/publicists.mov
