Any Konvas 2M's For sale?

I am looking to see if anyone knows of any decent M2 packages for sale, preferably located in the US or Canada.

 

I've done quite a bit of looking through the classifieds here, as well as eBay, but haven't been able to find much with any promise.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
