Hiya, where's the best place to rent 35mm cameras in the NYC area? And what's the best camera, just looking for a reasonably low noise camera that shoots at 24fps.

The best cameras are the Arricams of course, but if you don't need all the bells and whistles, a 535 or a Moviecam Compact are good and cheaper alternatives. Even a BL4s is still a useful camera. I always feel that the lenses are more important than the camera anyway.

Try Camera Service Center in New York for Arri. They have a very large selection of well maintained Arri's and a very helpful staff.
