I just offered this very thing to Tim to put up in the manuals section not 2 days ago :P Guido Morgenstern from Arri Canada sent me some electronic copies earlier this year. I can email them to you, but they're not small (since I think they are just scans). The catch is that the complete manual is in German, with a one or two page english insert... but a picture can be worth 1000 words.
