Tom Jensen Posted December 6, 2009 Share Posted December 6, 2009 Counterbalance that forces the weight of the camera up to a horizontal position when fully engaged. If it's disengaged and you tilt down the camera will stay tilted down. If it is engaged and you tilt down, the camera will be force back up if you let go.
