Best strobe light effect with 150 fps w 435?

I have to shoot a press conference scene with 150 fps/180 degree shutter with ARRI 435s. I am not sure what is the best strobe light to use in this type of situation? Please advice me if you have any experience or have a good methored for this. I would like to have a strobe lights on subject face slowly comes up and down. I am thinking that I should not have any real flash from extra's camera. Am I correct? Any information will be a great help.

You probably want to look into getting some Lightning Strikes. Talk to the people over there and they may be able to recomend the best solution

 

 

Ive used these and was happy with the results, but I wasn't working at the framerate you will be using.
