Pablo Herrera
I've always loved the Busta Rhymes video for Dangerous and Ive always wondered how they did that semi stop motion effect/look during the chase scenes at the beginning and again down a hall near the end? Did they indeed shoot it like stop motion, which I cant imagine? The only thing i could ever think of was that they shot it all really slow and then speed it up a notch above normal pace. Thoughts? The video in case people need a reminder. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1x4ob_bu...dangerous_music
Ram Shani
i think you right about the way they did it i use this method many times for lip sync with this kind of fill playing the music at 50% slow and let the performer do sharp moves when they are singing then when you play it normal it looks like that
Pablo Herrera
YEs! I finally did it today!!! I busted out the kodak zi8 and had some friends walk really slowly down a hallway and then sped it up on final cut. It gives it that weird jitter semi stop motion feel. LOVE IT. I want to do something with it now!!! Thanks for the reply!
