Katherine Enos
I'm looking for detailed information on bipacking using an Oxberry Filmaker animation stand, including frame rates, film stocks, and exposures. If there's written information anywhere on the Web, that would be great although I'm not finding any at this point. Otherwise, I'd appreciate any information that anyone here could pass on to me. The camera is a 16mm Mitchell. Thanks.
Premium Member Stephen Williams Posted February 11, 2005 Premium Member Share Posted February 11, 2005 I'm looking for detailed information on bipacking using an Oxberry Filmaker animation stand, including frame rates, film stocks, and exposures. Hi There, Its been 15 years since I did anything like that! Basically an Oxberry will run about 3 FPS. You should use a slow speed film stock (arround 100 asa) and work with low contrast prints. As for exposure and any colour correction filters needed this will depend on the light source, so you will need to do an exposure test. Why do you want to do this?
