My local one re-cells my Scoopic batteries for about $45 and they've done about 8 for me. They can rebuild just about any battery with modern cells or can match outdated ones if that is required. I'm sure you could mail them the batteries but if there's a local store you'd save the postage. Maybe these guys could call your local shop and tell them what to do. Batteries Plus 9100 N.
