Problems with mag on ARRI LT. Anyone?

Hi. I get an error-message when I load one of the mags on the ARRI LT cam we are using on a production. (35 mm) When I mount the mag, it says "SW" on the camera. I think it stands for Software. But what does it mean, and how can I solve this problem with the mag? The other mags are working fine.

During the software upgrade I believe each mag needs to be fitted to the camera. It sounds like this mag may have been missed. The upgrade needs to be redone with that mag attached.

 

Our LT and mags had already been upgraded when we received them, so I haven't done this personally. I'm just recalling what I read about the software upgrade procedure. Best to call Arri and be properly informed.

Thank you so much for your answer. I spoke with the rental-house today.And they suspected the same. So it must have missed this mag during the software-upgrade!
