Par lighting

I have a shoot coming up where the script calls for light streaks coming through the window. I know it is done with a PAR and the room slightly fogged up. I'm not sure which PAR to rent for that shot since I've never used a PAR before. The shot is morning light streaks gently rolling into a psychiatrist office. And ideas?

It will depend on how much other light you have/need (e.g. ASA you're shooting at, stop you want, what contrast ratio), but a 4K Par Arri is a good place to start for an HMI. YOu can scrim it down if need be, or back it further away if it's too bright, or diffuse it ect.
