Crew Needed

I'm looking for Camera & G&E crew for a very low budget feature I'm shooting next month. All positions are paid, but the rates they're offering are very low. If that offends you (and I understand why it would) please don't respond.

 

It's a 12 day shoot from October 8th. 2 six day weeks. Los Angeles based.

 

I need a 1st AC, comfortable with the RED MX, and pulling focus for Steadicam

 

Also need a Gaffer, Key Grip & Swing G&E
