What you think about my color grading ??

Nice grading skills but I think the yellows should get turned down....so it will look more natrual and realistic. If you look at her cigarette its also yellow turn it down a few notches my opinion.

If we're talking about Domino and similarly-themed Scottesque visuals, "natural and realistic" isn't exactly the idea.

 

Although to be scrupulously fair, the cigarette is white.

If high yelllow was the look he was going for then its a good grade. But if he is a beginner seeking help I would not recommend uping the yellows would tell him to keep it basic and the cigarette is color graded yellow.

Honestly I saw the "before" image thinking it was your color grade, and thought it looked great! Then I saw the after and.. didn't like it so much.

 

The "before" is really nice.. just make very small changes from there, IMO.

Isolate your high luma areas, like 80ish-100%, and keep those white, but feather the edge of the mask so that it doesn't get blotchy. If I knew how to do it in After Effects I'd be able to tell you how, I only really know Resolve. I think what's really missing is a true highlight that's not yellow. Alternately, you could make your yellow tint only apply to the low luma areas. Also your low mids and blacks are looking a little green, you might want to push them a little towards blue.
