Premium Member David Mullen ASC Posted October 1, 2013 Premium Member Share Posted October 1, 2013 Unfortunately university education is expensive in the U.S. in general, except for some state universities for state residents. I don't know what sorts of grants and scholarships are open to foreign students, but you should look into that.
Zac Fettig
Both NYU and Columbia have fairly renown film schools. I'd pay that much (if I had that much) for one of them, but probably not for NYFA. Colleges in the USA are very expensive, especially for foreign students. Jason Outenreath
NYU is actually $30,000 a semester give or take a few hundred (not counting living expenses): http://www.nyu.edu/bursar/tuition.fees/rate13/gradtisch.html Columbia doesn't fare much better. Zac Fettig
Ouch! I knew there was a reason I wasn't in grad school.
