Blue Filters?

You can filter the lights, put a suitable blue filter on the camera (80 or 82 series), apply the blue through the camera's white balance menu or you can apply it in post or even a combination, The method may depend on the type of camera you're using.

Im shooting digital most likely on a canon 5d with rokinon lenses.

 

If i lose 2 stops of light, does that mean I'll need to set more lights to supplement the loss?

 

Since you're using digital you have plenty of other ways (as Brian mentioned) to create a blue cast rather than putting a physical filter in front of the lens and losing light. I would imagine you would have the most control if you adjusted it in post.
