David Cunningham
Does anyone have any contacts for 2R 16mm film? I imagine there must be someone out there capable of adding a second set of perfs to an already 1R film. The only thing I can find is 200D from Wittner. Nicholas Kovats
David, Edward Nowill in the UK can reperf single perf acetate base 16mm re: two perf. The source film can also be 4 perf 35mm stock if you wish. Cannot be polyester based. It will wreck his Debrie perf head. Cheap. Approximately 40 GBP per 400ft. edwardnowill@gmail.com +44 20 8874 0069 Putney 32B Wadham Road, London, Greater London, UK SW15-2LR
David Cunningham
Are you talking about raw stock or a print from a lab? Raw stock for an old Keystone (1930s) A-7. I don't expect fantastic results, of course. I'm primarily just interested in getting some Vision3 50D/250D/200T/500T color negative. It looks like I can get some B&W reversal and/or negative from ORWO (since you cannot get plus-x, tri-x or double-x in 2-perf 2R anymore). And, I am pretty sure I can get Wittner 200D in 2R as well. I'll keep that in mind if I cannot find anything in the states. I think the shipping across the pond would be prohibitively expensive for something that's just for fun. :)
