CONFORM 60FPS for 25P Time line

I have footage shot at 60FPS with Alexa , the project was set to 25P. There is a problem the video is skipping frames when play back, it should have been shot at 50 FPS, but now how can this be sorted? Final cut was the edting suite.

After Effects can do the conform for you. It has a powerful media conform engine which is good at tasks like this. I'm pretty sure you can build a batch convert as well, though I've only used this trick for one or two files in a project, not an entire shoot.
