Icelight problem

Ive got an issue with an Icelight (version 1 not 2).

I cant find a manual online.

Basically I want to know what the green/orange/red light on it means.

Is this an approximate dimming level indicator? Or a battery charge level indicator?

 

I ask because it works okay when plugged in but when running on its own battery, at a low dim the indicator is green, but once I dim it up it goes yellow and at full it goes red and then the light turns off.

 

Im thinking this means the battery isnt taking a charge and its dieing when its dimmed above 80%.

 

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks. Fixed it. Battery just took inordinately long to charge upZ
