I don't know if thats it or not, but I was also wondering how good of a price you could get a used lense for (Thats still in good shape)? The widest ones are more expensive, probably closer to $20.000... They make sense for rental companies, but absolutely no sense to own privately. Maybe I was just seeing things. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi, Some were sold on E-Bay at $5-6000 per lens, you can download the Arri pricelist from www.arri.com. to see the new prices. $3000 would buy you a single Zeiss Standard or Hi-Speed if your lucky! Rik Andino Posted June 8, 2005 Share Posted June 8, 2005 Yeah $3000US is probably for a used Zeiss SuperSpeeds... Which is still a pretty good lens...not an Ultra Prime...but damn good. I've actually seen New Zeiss SuperSpeeds selling for $2500US... And you could probably get a set of 5 for around 10grand. Anyways that's my two cents.
