Nate Downes
I just purchased a Nagra III pilotone setup, and was wondering if anyone had experience with the cable setup used with these older recording rigs? In particular, the sync unit has an XLR power plug, something I'm honestly not too used to. I'd like to know if anyone has a diagram to show how this all is hooked together, camera with rig, so I can experiment a bit with it.
oscar jimenez
UFf, been quite a long time since I last used a Nagra Recorder, did you try to find if they have a web site? All best
Nate Downes
Yes, Nagra is still in business. I have the manual already, and it makes mostly sence, but the question I have has to do with the camera cables, that is do you know the right plug to hook up a pilotone?
