on Camera Monitor

I searched the forums but couldn't find anything on this - apologies if it has been asked before

I am looking for an on camera monitor for my 35mm rig - it is more for framing than focus - but...

It needs to be for PAL, needs to be viewable in normal sunlight, doesn't need frame line gens etc, would be cool to be switchable for 16|9 and 4|3, no sound, no TV Reciever, 12V, lightweight and most important cheap...

What would be the minimum requirements for brightness (I see some of the high end stuff has 800cd/m2 but my PAL DV cam screen has 350cd/m2 and it seems OK in sunlight (not perfect but OK) - I would use that but the DV Camera weighs about 3kg! It needs to fit to my camera - so weight is quite important

Any recommendations - I see some of the in-car DVD monitors are pretty good and very cheap (like £150.) I don't have the budget to get a transvideo or hummingbird quite yet :)

thanks

Rolfe
