I am shooting a Doc and the setting is mostly bars, pubs, and similar atmospheres that always have music in the background. If this music is recorded while I am shooting, I assume I then need coyrights for all this music? For example, If I am in a bar shooting and AC/DC is blasting, I will then need proper licensing for this use even thought it was not necessarily by choice to have the music?
